In Spring of 2014, I took Professor Dennis Paris' New Product Development class as part of my M.B.A. curriculum where we were tasked to develop a new product for 30th Street Station in Philadelphia. The product was to be defined by user research and identification of consumer needs. The project encompassed the entire product lifecycle from user research to ideation through marketing, forecasting and launching. It was a great experience and this post provides just a short overview of the process.

I started managing Drexel Law's website in Feb. 2012 tasked with creating a clear content strategy, making content publication efficient, ensuring the site was American Bar Association compliant and advocating for a web governance strategy. If that was not enough, my relentless pursuit of perfection led me to undertake a full overhaul of the site to a responsive layout.
